OR 1 mile south of M-44 ( Belding Rd.) on Lincoln Lake Ave. to 7 mile road then east. (Kent Co.)

Having retired from the interior construction business and with a desire to spend much more time at our place in the UP, we have decided to hold a public auction to sell all items listed. NOTE: The Harrell family owned and operated the interior construction business for many years. The 4 sons have grown and moved away and Doug & Jodie have decided its time to relax and spend more time up north. The auction offers many nice shop and specialty tools used in the business. The family was very active and it shows with the ATV and other sporting items. The backhoe is in nice shape and the cargo trailer was purchased new in 1999. Many interesting items on this auction. Several special notes to be aware of. Parking only on the south,  eastbound side of the road. We will have very limited off street parking. Things will be a little tight but I’m sure if every one cooperates things will be fine.
