Registration begins at 3:30pm. The Auction takes place at 5:00pm and will take place on site at Sunset Ridge.

AUCTION TERMS:

The Purchase Agreement governs all terms and conditions of this Auction and is included in the Bidders Packet, the following is only an overview. A ten percent (10%) down payment will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days. Parcels 13 and 14 will be sold to the highest bidder. All other parcels will be sold subject to seller confirmation. All parcels are subject to prior sale.

 

BUYERS PREMIUM:

A ten-percent(10%) Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to create the purchase price to be paid by purchaser. Please take this into consideration when bidding.
