DIRECTIONS:  From Grand Rapids take US-131 north to the Cedar Springs exit # 104 (17 mile road-M-46 west) go west 2 miles to Algoma Ave., north 1 mile to 18 mile road, west 1 mile. OR from Muskegon take M-46 east 26 miles to Hanna Ave. north 1 mile to 18 mile road, east ½ mile. South side of the road. (Kent Co.)

Due to advanced age & health, we are selling our home & have made plans to move, therefore we will sell, at public auction, all listed items. We would appreciate your consideration concerning our auction and invite all to attend.

NOTE: Goodell is a well know name in this northern Kent County area. Richard is a WWII vet, farmer, hunter & gardener. All three tractors are in good condition and have been stored in the shed. There are also some nice collectibles from past generations on this auction. The Chevy van was purchased new and has always been well taken care of and has a complete mantiance record. The John Deere lawn tractor is in excellent condition.  For your convenience we will have a lunch wagon and port-a-pot on site. Come on out for this nice afternoon auction in the country.
