To settle the estate of the late HAROLD BOLT, lifetime area resident, collector, and auction attendee, a public auction will be held at the beautiful Dutton Christian Middle School.
NOTE: Many of you folks will remember Harold. He was at most every auction in the Grand Rapids and surrounding area the past 50 years. He never let his wheel chair keep him from an auction. Many of us have seen Harold out in the rain & mud searching out the auction deals or wheeling around Borculo Hall or Dutton Christian School. Harold passed away last fall at the age of 63 and as per his wishes a public auction will be held to empty the house on Arthur St. in Grand Rapids. Due to no parking at the house, everything will be moved to the school for an indoor auction. Most of the proceeds of this auction will benefit local charities, as was his wish. Come on out on Sat. July 11 for a truly remarkable array of antiques & collectibles amassed not only over Harold’s life but that of his Mother & Father Harley & Gertrude Bolt, both passing in their 90’s and both avid collectors. Look the list over and be ready to buy, as much of the collectibles will be sold in “box lot” fashion due to the huge quantity of items. We may run 2 or 3 rings most of the day! This is one auction you will want to witness.
