Robert Bowman, after a life time of auto and motorcycle repair at this location due to failing health has an opportunity to sell the real estate but must first clear all the autos, trucks, buses, trailers, boats, motorcycles and scrap iron from the land. Therefore Art Smith Auctioneers will conduct a Public Auction to sell it all.

Pre-Auction inspection will be Friday afternoon from 2:00PM-6:00PM and morning of Auction at 8:00AM. There is a vast amount of iron spread out over approx. 30 acres. Iron buyers this will be an auction of special interest to you!!

NOTE: We will offer the MF loader first at 10:00AM then get into the autos, trucks, motorcycles and the rest. This will be a “walk thru” Auction so be prepared to hike thru the woods to the various areas where the items are sitting. Robert will give at least 30 days to remove the iron. There are tons and tons of iron on this place, come prepared to buy!
